Hatha Yoga Classes: Classical asanas and pranayama for 1 hr plus 15 min deep relaxation/meditation
* An optional talk on yoga philosophy takes place for 15 minutes prior to Wed 8:40am and Fri 10am classes.


FEES

incl 10% GST:

Yoga --10 consecutive weeks, 1 class per week: $175.00, extra class $16
Yoga --10 consecutive weeks, 2 classes per week: $310.00, extra class $10
Casual Visit: $20

We take cash or cheque only, no eftpos.

Term 1

Yoga: 1st February – 24th April (10 week term)
               Meditation 2: Tuesdays, 23rd Feburary - 16th March (4 week term)

Term 2

Yoga: 26th April - 3rd July (10 week term)
               Meditation 1: Thursdays, 22nd April - 10th June (8 week term)

Term 3

Yoga: 19th July - 25th September (10 week term)
               Monthly Meditation Group: 2nd August – 6th December (5 months)
               Meditation 2: Monday 9th – 30th August (4 week term)
               Meditation 1: 23rd September – 11th November (8 week term)

Term 4

Yoga: 11th October - 18th December (10 week term)
