Yoga Online Bookings

Bookings by the Term:

Yoga: 9th October – 16th December – 10 week Term

One class per week – 10 consecutive weeks $190 Book Online
One class per week for Students* – 10 consecutive weeks: $150 Book Online
Two classes per week – 10 consecutive weeks: $340 Book Online
Unlimited classes per week – 10 consecutive weeks: $395 Book Online
Five class pass – 5 classes to be used within 10 week term: $110 Book Online
1 Casual class – 1 class visit to be used within 10 week term: $25 Book Online

All prices include 10% GST
We encourage our students to maintain a regular attendance to maximize the benefits of Yoga. If however, you need to miss a session simply come to any other class that suits as a ‘make up’. This flexibility does provide you with assurance that you will receive value for your money.

* Student concessions are applicable to full time students aged 24 years and under

Friday Gentle Movement – Restorative Yoga

New class starts: Friday 3rd February 2017

This is a 1 hour session weekly. Timed perfectly before the School pickup.

Join us on Friday afternoon to enjoy a gentle restorative Yoga class that will focus on flowing soothing posture work that will set you up for a wonderful weekend. We will concentrate on breathing techniques, restorative body postures and a longer Deep Relaxation (30 minutes ). I am sure you will not want to leave.
