Now that Christmas is behind us we are often left with a feeling of ‘ was that it’ ! The lead up is so intense, the shopping, cooking and entertaining is all encompassing and after the day is over, what is next!
We pack it all away and think about New Years Eve and the new year to come.
Yoga teaches us so many things and in this situation can help us move on with ease, reminding us of the special times and moments that we had with family and friends and feel grateful for the moments we shared.
So as you start to unwind from your Christmas extravaganza and begin your thoughts towards the year ahead, remember to be mindful… be present, live for today and pay attention to what is happening right now.
