Friday ‘Slow’ Yoga  – With  Yoga Nidra

Friday: 1pm – 2pm and 

New Class Tuesday: 12:30 – 1:30

This is a 1 hour weekly session. Timed perfectly before the School pickup.

This  little ‘Gem’ of a class will provide you with stillness and a profound sense of calm and clarity, ready for the weekend.

As our lives become busier we need to give ourselves time to step back and experience a slower pace.  This class is a gentle fusion of Restorative and Yin style Yoga  that focuses on flowing, soothing posture work. We will concentrate on breathing techniques, restorative and Yin style body postures and a longer Deep Relaxation (30 minutes ) called Yoga Nidra. I am sure you will not want to leave.

What a fantastic way to start the weekend!
