Slow Yoga has become very popular as a ‘stand alone’ practice or to supplement your other Hatha Yoga General classes.
You will love this time to step away from the noise of our busy lives. What a fantastic way to start the weekend!
Benefits of Slow Yoga
As our lives become busier we need to give ourselves time to step back and experience a slower pace. This class is a gentle fusion of Restorative and Yin style Yoga that focuses on flowing, soothing posture work. We will also concentrate on breathing techniques, and a longer Deep Relaxation (30 minutes) called Yoga Nidra.
Your Class Instructor
Learn with confidence - our instructor bring years of experience and care to every class.
