Slow Yoga has become very popular as a ‘stand alone’ practice or to supplement your other Hatha Yoga General classes.

Benefits of Slow Yoga

As our lives become busier we need to give ourselves time to step back and experience a slower pace. This class is a gentle fusion of Restorative and Yin style Yoga that focuses on flowing, soothing posture work. We will also concentrate on breathing techniques, and a longer Deep Relaxation (30 minutes) called Yoga Nidra.
