    Janet Stevens has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Janet is one of the lecturers at the IYTA Teacher Training Course teaching Asana, Meditation, Vedic Chanting, and Yoga Philosophy.
  • Cathy Young

    For fourteen years Cathy has been studying yoga, five of these with our School. Cathy is passionate about yoga and the benefits that the practice brings to the mind, body and spirit.
  • Melissa Skjellerup

    Melissa combines her love for yoga and enables her to provide students with a deeper understanding of the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
  • Amanda Muirhead

    Amanda has been practicing yoga for over 17 years, and teaching Hatha yoga for the last 7 years. Amanda believes that yoga should ‘fit the individual’ – and her teaching reflects this philosophy.

    Rita was introduced to yoga 15 years ago whilst living in the UK. She immediately realised the benefits that yoga had to offer and immersed herself in her own daily practice while attending classes.
