This workshop will comprise restorative yoga practices and postures followed by a luxurious Yoga Nidra.
Restorative yoga allows us to relax and rest deeply; we all need this even more than ever! Restorative Yoga provide benefits for the body by allowing your muscles to totally relax in a supported way and the Yoga Nidra included in this workshop will allow your body and mind to be transported into deep stillness.
What to bring:
Your vaccination certificate (if not previously sighted by Ku-Ring-Gai Yoga School).
Your yoga mat, 2 blankets and a scarf or hand towel (to cover your eyes) If you have your own bolster, block, strap you are welcome to bring that along too. We will have bolsters, blocks and straps available in the yoga room.

The principles of Restorative Yoga.
Restorative Yoga will give you the opportunity to do less Physically so you stay longer in a posture and therefore gain the therapeutic benefits of letting the muscle tissues relax. The mindfulness approach with breath awareness whilst within the postures allows us to go even deeper. Both Physically and Emotionally.
